Joel Moss has been a performer, songwriter, recording engineer, music producer, presenter, and educator for more than 50 years. He has worked on more than 1,000 albums/CDs, 250 film scores, 150 Broadway cast recordings, been awarded 8 Grammys, an Oscar and served on many technical and social advisory boards. He is the founder and President of Managra Music, Inc., a music production entity that both creates and mentors music projects on a global scale. Joel earned a degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and, although he never worked in that arena, the synergistic balance of creativity and engineering has been a core value of his professional life. He has been a resident of Saratoga Springs, NY since 2002, offering his experience and expertise to the Capital Region’s vibrant arts scene, in particular, Saratoga Springs’ historic treasure, Caffè Lena.
